Facade Decorative Light Grant
The Pineville Downtown Development District (DDD) is excited to offer a Facade Decorative Lighting Grant to help businesses enhance their storefronts and contribute to a brighter, more inviting downtown.
Grant Funding
Eligible businesses within the District may apply for:

Up to $2,000 for the purchase and installation of one (1) decorative light fixture

Up to $3,000 for the purchase and installation of two (2) decorative light fixtures
Program Details

All grants are reimbursable and will be paid after work is completed.

Applications must be submitted and approved by the Pineville DDD before any work begins.

Only businesses located within the Pineville Downtown Development District are eligible.

The Pineville Downtown Development District’s Main Street Façade Grant Program helps business and property owners enhance the appearance of their Main Street buildings. The program supports exterior improvement projects up to $20,000 in total cost, reimbursing 50% of eligible expenses—with a maximum grant award of $10,000. It’s an easy, impactful way to invest in your property while contributing to a more vibrant downtown.
Eligible upgrades include façade renovations, painting, lighting, and awnings, as well as improvements to highly visible rear elevations. Projects must create a substantial visual improvement to qualify, and applications must be submitted before work begins.
